I have been helping clients since I was a teenager. I remember helping school friends with their relationships, and other issues.
It gives me tremendous joy to be able to help someone get that lightbulb moment. When that person can see life or the situation differently, and a load lifts from their shoulders, that lights me up!
I grew up in South Africa, and migrated to Australia almost 2 decades ago. I would say I am more Aussie than South African now, but one never forgets one’s roots, and I still enjoy talking Afrikaans!
I am an empty nester and am enjoying living in Adelaide with my husband and our cat. My study is full of books, and art supplies, which is what I do when I am not teaching, writing or coaching.
